Never. studiiGroup is multi-tenant with strict row-level isolation — every record is scoped to your agency. There is no cross-tenant access of any kind, and the isolation is enforced in the data layer, not just the interface.
Yes. CSV cohort import is built in, and Agency and Enterprise plans include onboarding assistance to map your existing spreadsheets — students, visas, enrollments — into structured records.
By default, only the handling agent and senior staff. Agents can explicitly share a case with colleagues for collaborative support. Every access is logged in the audit trail, and exports of sensitive data require senior permissions.
Starter and Agency plans run in a managed cloud environment with your tenant fully isolated. Enterprise customers can self-host on their own infrastructure — there are no third-party data processing dependencies for student records.
No. The student portal is a mobile-first Progressive Web App — students open it in their phone browser, in English or 简体中文, and can add it to their home screen like a native app.
